Descaling gently eliminates the limescale that builds up in your coffee machine over time.
Descaling your machine ensures that every day your machine continues to brew coffee as perfectly as it did on day one.
Descale your machine approximately every 600 brewed coffees or refer to the user manual.
We have created step by step assistance videos to guide you through the descaling process of your coffee machine. This process will take approximately 15 minutes. Please note that the descaling solution can be harmful.

Never use vinegar. It can damage your coffee machine.
If consumed: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician.
Never refill the water tank during the descaling process.
If on skin: Wash with plenty of water.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after handling.
Do not use abrasive materials that could damage the surface of the cups. Always handle hot liquids carefully and keep them out of the reach of children.
Keep your descaling kits out of the reach of children.
If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
