The Aeroccino 3 milk frother offers a quick and simple way of preparing perfect milk froth with a light and airy consistency for hot and cold specialities. And it’s not just for coffee - use the Aeroccino 3 for other frothed beverages such as matcha and hot chocolate.

Milk should be as fresh and cold as possible (milk close to expiring will not froth well).
Protein content should be high as protein allows milk to froth. Shake the carton before attempting to froth to evenly distribute the proteins.
Low fat milk creates dry, stiff foam and high fat milk creates wet, silky foam. Your choice.
Cow’s milk works best - conventional or organic. Alternative milks can be tried, but there is no guarantee that they will froth like cow’s milk.
